Let's not. We don't need to know where Went lives, we need to see him act.
I agree with Wemma! deserves his peace and quiet...all the better to rest up for the hard work that (hopefully) lies ahead of him.

Oh Girls, I have no intentions to become a stalker of Mr. Miller! Seriously! But I'm just curious if he has moved and I still hope that we will get some new photos of him. I miss him! And I think he doesn't do himself quite good by hiding so much. So we just have his movies...oh, wait....there are NO movies!!! Please Mr. Miller, have a heart and show yourself in publicity, before even the last of your fans is gone...(just my opinion, I like that man and his work).

The Loft IS a movie :) Let's hope there will be more. He probably is "showing himself" as in going about doing his things like he always has, but he's not that famous anymore. So good for him, he can have some privacy from the paps now.

@Wemma - You might think I'm gaga, do you? I KNOW that THE LOFT is a movie!!! (But thank you for reminding me ) I just hope that LOFT will be shown all around the world, especially in the US to give him the success he finally deserves and to show that he is NOT a limited actor, as so many try to make us believe. I hope that after LOFT directors will see his capability and cast him for some roles. I would like to see him more on the big screen.

I've kinda wanted him to be doing foreign film work/productions. I know Loft is the American remake, but it still has all those ties back to Belgium. I hope that trend for him continues some.

Oh I absolutely hope so!! Which reminds me....a while ago I saw some article on a tv magazine in my country, where Prison Break was named as one of the shows of the decade. That put a smile on my face. :) Just out of curiosity, any idea where the premiere of The Loft will be? By the way, thanks to everyone for updates.

Seems legit enough.. I got it it my Google alerts too... I'm totally psyched to have another of his works to look forward to. Posted by EvanDickson on April 13, 2012 @ 7:57pm Category: Movies / News Wentworth Miller Goes From ‘Stoker’ To ‘The Disappointments Room’
Wentworth Miller (“Prison Break”) surprised everyone when he wrote Stoker under a pseudonym because he was afraid the script wouldn’t be taken seriously otherwise. Turns out he was right, it’s a great script that might not have gotten a decent chance if had gone out as the writing project from “that guy from that TV show”. I imagine he doesn’t have this problem anymore as The Disappointments Room has just been announced.
Voltage Pictures (The Hurt Locker) is joining up with Killer Films (Mildred Pierce) for The Disappointments Room, Nicolas Chartier and Zev Foreman of Voltage will team with Killer’s Pamela Koffler and Christine Vachon to produce. The film “is a dramatic thriller about a woman who moves into a mysterious old house in the country with her husband and young son, only to discover their new home comes with a dark past.”
The project is currently out to directors, but I doubt they’ll have much of a problem in that department. Meanwhile, Miller’s Chan-wook Park directed Stoker is still set for release later this year from Fox Searchlight. It stars Nicole Kidman, Dermot Mulroney and Wia Wasikowska.
I got another link very similar. source: ComingSoon.net
Voltage Pictures and Killer Films Enter The Disappointments Room Source: Voltage Pictures, Killer Films April 14, 2012
Voltage Pictures (The Hurt Locker) is joining New York-based Killer Films (Boys Don't Cry, "Mildred Pierce") on The Disappointments Room, an original screenplay by Wentworth Miller. Nicolas Chartier and Zev Foreman of Voltage will team with Killer’s Pamela Koffler and Christine Vachon to produce.
The Disappointments Room is a dramatic thriller about a woman who moves into a mysterious old house in the country with her husband and young son, only to discover their new home comes with a dark past.
The project is currently out to directors.
Miller’s previous screenplay, Stoker, stars Nicole Kidman and Mia Wasikowska and will be distributed by Fox Searchlight.

Whoo-hoo! on all counts! eta I also love that the main characters appear to be women... I know I could be entirely wrong, but it seems to me all this time people were fawning over his English Lit Jane Eyre/Yellow Wallpaper/Wide Sagrasso Sea paper and how that must have made him sensitive, they overlooked [or ignored] that he is a feminist at heart...

"That he is a feminist at heart" Why do you think that? A writer who has women as main characters is not necessarily a feminist. :) So happy for him, using his writing-talent and doing so well. Go go Went!

I would tend to agree with Sueli. Strong female leads written by men are very few and far between so it wouldn't be off base to think that he leans towards a feminist viewpoint. I also recall him saying that he particularly liked the Resident Evil series for having strong female lead characters. I like the fact that he's sticking to the gothic theme again with an isolated haunted house thriller. It seems he's found his niche. Sadly, I also get the feeling that we may start to see less acting from him now that he's hit on a successful writing streak.

I hope that's not the case! I hope he's writing parts for himself in all his screenplays! And maybe the part of the husband is played by........ I'm with you, darthclaudi! Went would make a great husband-and-father-in-a-scary-old-house!!
